Our team can help take the stress out of your next trade event by managing all aspects of your show logistics so you are free to focus on achieving your strategic goals.  

Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Research, evaluation and strategic perspective on industry tradeshow and meeting options
  • Identify, recommend and coordinate speaking and sponsorship opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts for all tradeshows and events
  • Develop, coordinate and implement innovative promotional programs to boost brand awareness and increase traffic flow
  • Manage promotional giveaways, drawings, advertising and talent
  • Prepare, monitor and manage all budgets within corporate guidelines
  • Arrange conference registration and secure hotel accommodations for all personnel
  • Provide on-site supervision of exhibit installation and dismantle and overall booth management throughout show
  • Manage and reconcile all expenses for tradeshows
  • Post-show staff surveys
